Delivery boy should know and understand the importance of speaking in the right tone to the customer.We have had experiences in the past where the delivery boys speak rudely or in an inappropriate tone to the customer. This can act as a negative point as the customer will have a bad impression about the kind of people the company hires.
The way they dress:
We have seen cases where if there is no uniform provided then the food Delivery , boy does not dress properly and in turn it can create a negative impression in front f the customer. The delivery boy is the first impression that is set in front of the customer as they are the ones that are going to the house to deliver the food. It is essential that from the clothes that they wear to even the shoes that have should be clean and tidy. Before every delivery, it is always good if they have a habit to check and see if they are looking presentable enough when they go ahead and deliver the food in front of the customer.
